I’m moving/going away/on holidays during one of the weeks so I’ll have to skip it. Will I still be successful? 

YES! Because you have lifetime access to the materials, even if you miss a week or two of group coaching calls, you’ll still be successful in your journey. You can even post your questions to the Facebook group for that week in order to get support directly from me while you’re away.

 

I’m more interested in working with you completely 1:1, is that possible? 

Yes, it is! My 12-week 1:1 program follows the same outline as Breaking Up With Anxiety, but you get a 1:1 call with me each week, and Voxer access as well. You also have the option to join the group calls if you’d like! The investment for the 1:1 package is $6750. Please book a call with me to discuss this further!

 

I’m currently on medication for my anxiety. Is this program for me? 

Absolutely! This program will help you feel better with or without medication, but if you are looking to transition off your medication you must do so under the supervision of your primary care physician. Please be aware that might take longer than three months. 

Do we pay for our supplement protocol on top of the course fee or are supplements included? 

Yes, you pay for supplements in addition to the course fee. Good news though - my Canadian friends get 25% off of their supplements through my favourite retailer, and my American friends get their supplements at wholesale prices. I’ve got hookups 😉

 

I don’t have Facebook. Is there a different way to submit questions for feedback? 

If you’re not on Facebook, the only way you’ll be able to ask questions and receive feedback from me and the group will be on the weekly group coaching calls.

 

Is this course covered by insurance? 

If you live in Canada, your insurance may cover some or all of the costs of this course because of my Natural Nutrition Clinical Practitioner designation. Some insurance providers in Canada cover “Nutritional Counselling”, which falls under social work or counselor. Please DM me for my practitioner number if your insurance company requires it.
