Breath is everything when it comes to your mental health. It is essential to reduce stress.  

 

But I get it - meditation is freakin' hard!! 

Let me make it easy.

 

What the heck is a moving meditation?

Glad you asked! 

It is a slow combination of yoga movements that are linked together, using your breath as your primary focus. This is a powerful mindfulness tool that is extremely therapeutic, focusing your attention and awareness on nothing but the present moment. 

 

What to expect?

Every day for 5 days you will receive an email with a link to that day's moving meditation sequence. Each sequence is 6-10 minutes. That's under 10 minutes a day!
