Is there a mix of vegetarian and meat-based recipes in the 7-Day Anti-Anxiety Meal Plan?
Most of the recipes are already vegan since this meal plan is dairy free! If a recipe contains meat I have included vegan substitutions.
Do you offer refunds?
Due to the instant delivery and digital nature of the product, I do not offer refunds.
I have allergies. Is this meal plan for me?
This meal plan contains no dairy, soy, gluten or shellfish. Some recipes contain eggs, tree nuts, peanuts and fish. I provide lots of substitutions and you’re always welcome to email me if you need help modifying a recipe.
I’m a horrible cook. Do you give step-by-step instructions?
Yes! This is meant to be easy and remove stress from your life, not add to it! I also don’t have time for crazy cooking techniques. These recipes are beginner-friendly.
What do I do when the 7 days are up?
Rinse and repeat, baby! I can’t promise this will happen for you, but so many people have told me that they cycle through the meals eating the same things for weeks on end.
