My mission is to spread awareness that anxiety is not this incurable disease, it’s not something you just have to live with, it’s definitely not just part of your personality and there are body-based imbalances that need to be addressed in order to truly be free from chronic anxiety. 


My aim is to help you exist in a state of mental wellness where you realize your full potential and have the tools, strategies and support to not only release anxiety and panic but to cope with the inevitable stresses of life.


My holistic approach views you as a whole person, sees symptoms as information of the root causes and works to balance and optimize all aspects of your physical, mental and emotional health.
