I'm so, so, glad you are here!

Mental health includes our emotional, psychological and social well-being. It affects how we think, feel, and act. It also helps determine how we handle stress, relate to others, and make choices.

 

Over the course of your life, if you experience mental health struggles, your thinking, mood and behaviour will be affected.

 

My aim is to help you exist in a state of mental wellness where you realize your full potential and have the tools, strategies and support to cope with the stresses of life.

 

My holistic approach views you as a whole person, sees symptoms as information of the root cause and works to balance and optimize physical, mental and emotional health.

The Program

EAT

Gut health is mental health. Learn how I use food as medicine to get your brain and gut working in harmony. Together we find a nutritional program that works for you and your lifestyle. 

BREATHE

Ahhhh. When was the last time you slowed down and focused on your breathing? Combining breathwork, meditation and slow yoga we will relax your mind and body to encourage healing.  

SHIFT

Wherever you are in your journey and whatever your goals may look like, I'm here to help you every step of the way. You can actually reprogram your brain by the thoughts you think, the habits you develop and the foods you eat! Let’s heal and rewire your brain together.
